Do you or anyone you know work for ulta cosmetics can you answear my questions?

Author: Hi i was wondering what you had to have to work for ulta. Is an estheticians liscence or esthetician’s lisence needed to work at ulta cosmetics. I want to apply as to sell at and help people with their cosmetic desicions like make up and things. Do they hire people who dont have estheticians licenences.

What do they do with cosmetics that have been smashed in photo shoots?
