For a year, I have been using a skin care line that my spa designed. The cleanser, toner, and moisturizer are really good for my skin.

However, I can no longer afford the expensive products anymore. I need to find something at the drug store that would be great for my skin type. I’m 26 and a black woman. I don’t have too many breakouts but I get them occasionally. My skin is combination.

I have combination skin that is neither too dry or overly oily. I very very rarely get acne or blemishes. I currently alternate Olay Night Cream Cleanser and Olay Mousse Cleanser everyday. I moisturize everyday with a mineral oil free lotion and use eye cream once a day too. Usually I exfoliate once or twice a week depending on the season on how dry my skin is feeling/looking. How does this sound? Anything I should add or take away?

I usually don’t have a problem with my skin in the winter time but now that its summer my face is getting sweaty and oily during the day and with the make up that i wear (which is very little, foundation and sometimes a little powder to decrease shine thats all) my skin has started to break out more
i have very sensitive skin and can not use proactive i have been using natural cleaners which have worked fine for the winter.
Does anyone have any recommendation’s for any good skin cleaners for sensitive and semi oily skin.

I’m a 30 year old female who has mild acne (blackheads with the occasional breakout) but also need an anti aging product as well. I’ve tried neutrogena and do not necessarily need a low cost regimine, just one that works. I’m looking for cleanser, treatment, moisturizer, and eye cream. Any advice is appreciated!

I use a cleanser, spot treatment, and moisturizer. What is the correct order that I should use these? the cleanser dries my skin a bit so i really need the moisturizer, but i dont want to take away the spot treatment and make it useless. what should i do?

Which brands are you favorite??

Green tea Moisturizer

I’m using Color ideal Foundation (Lancome), Color ID Loose Powder (Lancome) and Concealer (Lancome). I’m using their cleanser/toner too but I’m almost emptying the bottles and later I started to look at Estee Lauders’ skincare products, moisturizers,serums and cleanser/toners and I found some stuff that I like.

Is it OK or HARMLESS to use make-up from a different brand and skincare products from another different brand?

Please tell me your experience if any of you try to mix other brands (It doesn’t has to be the same brands from above if you don’t use them)

I would also like to hear your experience from these two products. I’m new with Lancome and later I started searching about Estee lauder products.

I don’t mind reading about other brands but I would like to know more about Lancome and Estee Lauder then other brands.

I’m a 15, and I have acne, and I tend to do alot of physical activity, so I sweat alot. In the AM and PM I use skincare products from Lab Series for Men. What I’m looking for is a facial pad cleanser that I can use after my physical activity, that won’t dry my skin and won’t interfere with the products I’m already using. Any suggestions?

I am trying to find out what the best face line there is. I am curious about Murad, DDF, MD skincare, and Perricone. I break out a lot and never have a day of clear skin. My face is dull and does not look healthy. I just want a good cleanser and good moisturizer for my skin type. I see all these great brands when I look at skincare products at Sephora and they promise so much, I just want to get the right one.

on the 7th of august i started a new skincare regime (introduced toner and moisturiser and changed my cleanser). Should my skin have improved by now ?

At first it did improve a bit but since then it’s got slightly worse (maybe due to other factors)

So how long should i wait to see if its working ????

I’m 15. I have tried almost everything. Proactiv/ Clinique/ Cetaphil/ Cera Ve doesn’t work.

What has worked for you? Not only cleansers.. like does going on the pill help? exercise.?

I am thinking of trying Goclear Clarifying Cleanser or Dr. Dennis Gross skincare trifix acne clearing lotion. Any thoughts?

I also have bad bacne and acne on my shoulders. Thanks for your help!
